Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Independent Social Work and Expert Witness Services

Bedford Borough Council currently operate a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Independent Social Work & Expert Witness services. This DPS includes three Lots for different types of services to support the Council's processes for children's social work: • Lot 1: Psychological and Psychiatric Assessments • Lot 2: Independent Social Work services (including SGO assessments) • Lot 3: Parenting Assessments, including PAMS and Parent Assess Providers may bid for as many Lots as they wish, dependent on the qualifications and experience of relevant experts. The DPS remains constantly open for new bids for the lifetime of the agreement, until 3 March 2023. We regularly hold engagement events with providers, and would like to invite providers to a virtual market engagement event on 5th October 2021, to share information on the DPS and to listen to feedback from providers.
