Culturally appropriate advocacy pilots (9 pilots) This will involve the delivery of three models of culturally appropriate advocacy across nine pilots in England Model A - community in-reach model in areas with high or moderately high BAME detention rates Model B - inpatient model in areas with high BAME detention rates Model C - inpatient model in areas with low BAME detention rates The Procurement will be split into 6 LOTs LOT 1 - Model A & B Region 1 (North East.
