Tender description

Radius Housing is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake decommissioning, removal and disposal of existing boiler plant and associated pipework, provide new boiler plant, pipework, controls and commissioning within the main boilerhouse. A temporary boilerhouse will be required to facilitate the works. (The full extent of the works is indicated on the project drawings & specification). The works also include for all builders works in connection with the works and include for all holes, tracking, chases etc, including making good, fire stopping and proofing holes, supports as required, opening ceilings to remove tanks and making good on completion, removal of plantroom doors and frames and reinstatement / making good / redecoration etc as required for complete mechanical and electrical installations.
