Tender description

To uplift existing paving as set out in Bill of quantities and replace as stated in them at the two sites. This contract will be awarded using the OPEN Procedure. This is a process comprising an abbreviated SPD (regulatory criteria) and an ITT (Pass / Fail selection criteria). Tenderers are required to complete and submit information for the Abbreviated - SPD, the ITT submission and the prices at the same time.
