<p>Durham County Council is seeking a service for SU1 in the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">North Tyneside area or as near as possible. </span></p> <p><strong>If you feel your organisation could potentially meet this Service Users needs please contact Liz Whitehead - 03000 269584 / Liz.Whitehead@durham.gov.uk for more information.</strong></p> <p>Proposed Staffing levels: 2:1 staffing levels 24/7 within the home; 1 waking staff and 1 sleep in staff on a night-time, staffing will be reviewed as and when needed;</p> <p>Staff should be trained in breakaway techniques;</p> <p>There should be a safe space within the home for staff to go to if needed;</p> <p>There should be space for SU1 to use without staff present;</p> <p>Door sensors will also be required in the home.</p> <p>Staff training to link in with Hospital as part of the transition plan.</p> <p>Full transition plan to be agreed once service is agreed.</p> <p><strong>If you feel your organisation could potentially meet this Service Users needs please contact Liz Whitehead - 03000 269584 / Liz.Whitehead@durham.gov.uk for more information.</strong></p> Keywords: autism
