Tender description
This Procurement relates to a Works Contract for the construction of 22 No. General Needs dwellings at McClure Street, Belfast with the possible addition of 1No. 5p3b Wheelchair Bungalow. The site lies adjacent to a Translink Railway line and restrictions will apply to the successful contractor to ensure that Health and Safety is maintained to the highest standard in line with all Translink and legal requirements. The estimated duration of the Contract is to 52 weeks commencing January 2022.
