Tender description

The terminal building at Castlebay needs modernisation including re-roofing, internal reconfiguration works and mechanical and electrical upgrades. The building is currently sub divided into three units, the works will involve opening up the walls and forming one larger fully accessible office and customer waiting area. The ferry operator will remain in-situ during the construction period and works should be phased to facilitate this.
