Brand Development Project

Tender description

The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is seeking a brand development agency to undertake a creative refreshment of its brand. The organisation has a strong global reputation, and its brand is trusted and well-known in science, education, horticultural and tourism sectors. While the focus of this work will be ‘evolution not revolution’, a refresh is required in line with our new Corporate and Science & Biodiversity Strategies. The purpose is to further build on the strength of the brand, providing an understanding of the core values and culture that define it, whilst also looking to the future and recognizing that the next five to 10 years will bring significant change to RBGE, due in the most part to the sizeable investment in the Edinburgh Biomes project, and an ambition to be seen as a forward-looking, adaptable and modern royal brand to underpin our position as one of the leading botanical gardens in the world. This brand project will help our organisation to develop a new Brand Strategy and reinvigorated brand identity which can be translated consistently across all materials via a set of comprehensive brand guidelines.
