Award of HR Data Analyst

Tender description

The HR Data Analyst role is to take ownership of the Data & BI Workstream and is part of the Core Project Team within the ATS Development Programme. The HR Development Programme is to replace our current ATS i.e Vacancy Online with a New Modern ATS. The current timeline is to deploy the New ATS (iCIMS). HR Data Analyst will lead in planning and conducting all Data Audit, Data Mapping, Data Migration and Governance (GDPR, DPIA, EQIA) activities in partnership with various System, Legal and Business Process Owners to ensure alignment on Data Flow and Architecture. The current infrastructure has data flowing between ATS (Vacancy Online). E-HR (Oracle Business Suite), Middleware’s and manual spreadsheets as part of BAU. In order for the New ATS to be incorporated successfully within the existing framework, there is a strong need for a Data Analyst to come in and ensure data flow is consistent, accurate and secure.
