Tender description

The HR division in Scottish Government have a project starting to implement a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support the Recruitment team, and improve the applicants’ experience during the recruitment process. This role is to manage that project, from discovery through to implementation, and ensure its alignment to the overall HR Transformation Programme and the new Target Operating Model. The current ATS is a legacy system, and lacks the functionality required the current and future recruitment demands in Scottish Government.
