Tender description
Gwynedd Council seeks tenders for the provision of Architectural and Lead Consultant services for the design and construction of a new primary school in Bangor, Gwynedd. The provisional value of the construction contract is £3.63M. The school will be designed to the standards of Building Bulletin 99 (Second Edition) Briefing Framework for Primary School Projects and to the standards of other relevant Building Bulletins (for example, Acoustics, Fire). The new school will accommodate 120 pupils, including nursery.
