Ysgol yr Hendre - Childcare and Play Service

Gwynedd Council is looking for a Welsh-speaking childcare provider to provide childcare, education and play for children aged between 2 and 12 years old in a purpose-built spcae in Ysgol yr Hendre, Caernarfon. The capital work will be funded by Welsh Government's Childcare Offer Capital Grant Programme, jointly with the 21st Century Schools Programme. As a minimum, provision will have to include: • service between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday for a minimum of 48 weeks a year • 20 hours per week of childcare during the school term • 30 hours per week of childcare during the school holidays for every eligible child who apply for it (through a parent or guardian) from the beginning of term following their third birthday and then on a full-time basis in September following their fourth birthday.
