Tender description

The Cluster for Epigenomics and Antibody drug conjugate (ADC) Therapeutics (CEAT) is a GBP 2.6m project, led by the Reproductive Biology and Gynaecological Oncology (RBGO) group at Swansea University Medical School and is looking to develop advanced drug technologies for the treatment of ovarian cancer. For antibody development, the SPR detection instrument will be used for early-stage screening of hybridoma/bispecific libraries, to monitor expression and triage antibodies based on binding affinity, profiling binding specificity and providing detailed binding kinetics and affinity to characterisation.
