Tender description

This tender is for the provision of a Specialist Treatment and Recovery Service. The proposed approach is to procure a lead provider to deliver Specialist Treatment and Recovery Services across Essex. The aims of the Provider are to deliver the following, adopting a client centred approach: -To reduce the harm caused by illicit drugs,new psychoactive substances and alcohol -Increase the rates of individuals recovering from their dependence -To promote independent and healthy living, -To improve the health, social, psychological, legal, welfare and life chances of people who are vulnerable through the use of illicit drugs and alcohol. -To jointly work with other partners to improve physical and mental health, employment, housing, family life and crime issues for clients.
