Tender description

Orkney Islands Council (OIC) is inviting suitably qualified design teams to tender for the preparation of a masterplan to cover several key/strategic housing land allocations in the south of Stromness. The primary output of the work will be the provision of a masterplan and associated design guidance to inform Planning and Roads decision making. The masterplan will underpin a coordinated and high quality development befitting of its visually prominent and sensitive location.
