<p>Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust & Halton Borough Council are looking to work with a strategic consultant to conduct a Health Estate Review and Strategy for Halton Lea. Health Trust Europe (HTE) awarded an ‘Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services Framework Agreement CSAS10 - 2109 Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust now wishes to run a ‘mini-competition’ under this framework agreement, using – Lot 7 - Estates, Construction and Building Management Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services.
