Tender description

The University has a requirement for the Provision of Out of Hours Residences Management. The scope is likely to include a variety of areas such as, but not limited to, security, first aid and pastoral care. The University has a requirement for the Provision of Out of Hours Residences Management at our Halls of Residence in Inverness. This will include a Contractor being responsible for the management of the Residences when UHI staff are off-site, which is expected to be late afternoons, evenings, nights, and also weekends and times of leave. The Contractor will be required to provide a range of services such as security, first aid and pastoral care.
