Tender description

Providing a relationship-based approach to support young people in reduction or prevention of disengagement with EET provision, highlighting what makes a difference, including support provided through other services delivered by carefree which have an impact on EET participation. In addition, this pilot will also make some contribution to the tracking and monitoring element, through agreed data sharing protocols with the CSW group to support them in there tracking functions.
