<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Learning Disability Enhanced Services Request for provider feedback regarding proposal for services at the Harelaw Project</span> Dear Provider, We held a session on the 20^th July with yourselves the care providers from the Community Services Provider Panel (Enhanced) to discuss the new Core and Cluster service proposed in the North Durham area. During the session we noted the concerns raised in relation to the hourly rate and the staff housing costs. In order to look at this further, prior to procurement as part of a collaborative process, we would appreciate additional feedback about the hourly rate and your views around costs and running a service like the proposed Core and Cluster model. Please could you give us a break down of your estimated cost within the hourly rate  Please be aware this is for information purposes only and we appreciate any information provided but this does not guarantee that changes will be made to the final costs of this scheme.
