Tender description
The aim of this scheme is to fully decentralise the main boilerhouse on the Mid Ulster Hospital site and install new natural gas boilers locally in each building to supersede the existing LTHW pipework which is in a poor state of repair. In addition to the decentralisation of the main boilerhouse in Mid Ulster Hospital, the existing oil fired boilers located in Magherafelt Day Centre, Adult Centre and Oaktree Therapy Centre are to be replaced with natural gas boilers. Works will also require associated electrical services and building works. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system –MECHANICAL.
