NO3738021B - Upgrade Works to Causeway Hospital Endoscopy Suite

Tender description

Internal works will comprise the replacement of existing medical equipment washer / driers, including associated supply / waste pipework. Alterations required to internal walls, floor finishes and suspended ceilings to suit new room layouts. Electrical works will comprise the installation of new data, lighting and power where applicable. Mechanical works will comprise the installation of dedicated ventilation and cooling systems, with new AHU’s and condensers located externally on a bespoke raised platform. Minor groundworks will be required to enable installation of the new platform. All rooms / surfaces disturbed by the works will receive new surface finishes e.g. decoration, flooring, ceilings etc. All works will be completed within the 'live' ward conditions of an Acute hospital.
