Tender description

Refurbishment of the Old Redundant Boiler House. The aim of this scheme is to create weathertight, useable, compliant space. The whole external of the building is needed to be made weathertight, roof, walls, windows and doors. Internally a new LPHW heating system is required. Provision of general lighting and fire alarm and small power and data salto access control. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system –BUILDING.
