Tender description

The University of Edinburgh wishes to appoint two separate supplier(s) to carry out building electrical fixed wire testing and building fixed appliance testing throughout the University of Edinburgh (UOE) estate. The suppliers are required to compile reports on the installation condition, highlighting any remedial works requiring to be carried out and issue testing certification as required. Lot 1: Central Zone Buildings & Accommodation Zone Buildings The University of Edinburgh wishes to appoint two separate supplier(s) to carry out building electrical fixed wire testing and building fixed appliance testing throughout the University of Edinburgh (UOE) estate. The suppliers are required to compile reports on the installation condition, highlighting any remedial works requiring to be carried out and issue testing certification as required. The contract is for testing only and remedial works will not be included as part of the contract. Lot 2: Science and Engineering Zone Buildings & Medical & Veterinary Zone Buildings The University of Edinburgh wishes to appoint two separate supplier(s) to carry out building electrical fixed wire testing and building fixed appliance testing throughout the University of Edinburgh (UOE) estate. The suppliers are required to compile reports on the installation condition, highlighting any remedial works requiring to be carried out and issue testing certification as required.
