Framework for Architect Led Integrated Design Teams for Small to Medium sized projects, mainly Housing Renovation, Extensions and Refurbishment Works

SOS Kilkenny clg (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to establish a multiparty framework for the appointment of Architect led Integrated Design Teams for Minor Housing Works and other small to medium size projects mainly Housing Renovation, Extensions and Refurbishment Works as they arise. The Architect led Design Team will be asked to provide full architectural services and a range of specialist skills for projects that may include, but not limited to; • Design of single house renovations • Design of extensions • Refurbishment of housing projects • Universal/Accessibility Design projects • Energy Efficiency projects It is intended to run this framework for three years with the option to extend for a further two years. Other Sections of SOS Kilkenny clg, SOS Kilkenny Housing Association clg & St Patricks Centre & Residential Services Kilkenny may also require Consultancy Services throughout the course of the Framework.
