Tender description

This is a 31 month contract for a piece of work to support the Leeds City Council (LCC) SENSAP service to address the amendments of annual reviews and writing of new assessments. The Local authority has a statutory function to ensure that all Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) are reviewed on an annual basis and any new assessment is written within 20 weeks. LCC currently has an over-accumulation of annual reviews that require amendments and an increase in demand for statutory assessments. The service is required to reduce the backlog in outstanding reviews by playing a role in amending each EHCP appropriately up until draft consultation stage and also support the writing of new assessments within the 20 week statutory time scale.
