Content Aggregation Tool

Tender description

VisitScotland seek a platform to aggregate, moderate and display content from various online sources, primarily social media, on the VisitScotland website and social media channels. As the majority of this content will be generated by third parties, there is a requirement for the platform to facilitate outreach to users for the request of content usage rights. With multiple users requiring access to the information, there is a requirement for the platform to centralize workflows and enable tasks to be assigned to individuals. Ideally VisitScotland is looking for Tenderers to demonstrate their proposed platforms via a live demo, but if not possible, detailed supporting material (including visuals) must describe the platform’s functionality. Case Studies outlining how other clients have used the product and the benefits derived from it should also be provided (these do not have to be limited to the travel and tourism sector). VisitScotland is running an open regulated tender to find a suitably qualified contractor to provide a content aggregation tool.
