CCTV Server Upgrade, Video Management Software with Camera Support & Maintenance

Contract award for the following: The University of Aberdeen (UoA) CCTV system manages the capture, viewing and storage of footage from 385 CCTV cameras located across its Old Aberdeen and Foresterhill campuses, Hillhead Student Village, Aberdeen Sports Village, and National Decommissioning Centre facility at Newburgh. The system allows UoA security personnel to control remote cameras, monitor the video and audio, and replay footage. The University is currently undertaking a project to replace ageing CCTV server infrastructure and to procure a support & maintenance contract for the CCTV equipment and the Milestone video management software. The purpose of this document is to invite tenders for: Lot 1: The supply of CCTV server infrastructure, and Lot 2: CCTV Support & Maintenance contract for all CCTV equipment and devices, as well as the Milestone video management software.
