Tender description
HAIL wishes to appoint an Architect Led Full Design Team to carry out a feasibility study, setting out a detailed plan and schedule of works for the conversion of a 16 bedroomed house and additional buildings into 10 apartments. In addition, the completion of the project implementation stage, subject to approval by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
