Tender description
<p>Young people who are leaving care need somewhere safe and suitable to live to support their transition to adulthood and independence. Good housing and support which encompasses emotional wellbeing and independent life skills helps to ensure that this transition is effective and promotes positive outcomes in other areas of life. To support this objective the Council are looking to commission a Provider to deliver a supported accommodation service for children in care and children leaving care aged 16 – 21.</p> Keywords: Care & support
