Tender description

Network Rail (NR) wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a suitably qualified single supplier for the provision of a file/storage management and desk/space utilisation service. This document details the minimum criteria required for the provision of the services required. NR requires a company that can assist in developing and implementing efficient solutions to reduce the footprint of hard copy documentation and other ad hoc storage, i.e. literature, libraries, stationery, PPE etc. The supplier will also assist with desk/space utilisation studies to provide NR with valuable data on desk/workspace/meeting room usage. The specifications outlined are intended to address the filing/storage management and desk/space utilisation studies for NR employees.
