Ark HA requires the services of a web developer to: - Develop a new company website - Website maintenance and support Ark is seeking a company to supply and implement a new website that meets the business requirements below. The website should communicate with tenants, supported people, local authorities, commissioners, potential and current staff ('prospective' and 'current' audiences). - Drive new enquiries for Care & Support and housing provision (find out about Ark’s offer and approach and get in touch with necessary person/dept. in their area) (potential commissioners/tenants/families); - Reflect Ark’s new brand and business plan; - The Website must be hosted; - Drive recruitment (find out about the benefits of a career with Ark, search and apply for jobs) - Handle, segment and direct queries to necessary departments (quickly find the best means and person/dept. to contact); - Communicate services and specialisms and the geographical areas they’re available; - Communicate what sets Ark apart from competitors (learn about our approach and values); - Communicate performance stats and facts that demonstrate Ark’s impact, size and scale; - A robust platform that is future-proofed and can grow with business requirements; - Easy to use Content Management System; - Meaningful Reporting & Analytics.
