The Child and Family Agency (Tusla) invites tenders to this request for tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Non-Statutory Providers for the provision of Private Foster Care Services

Tender description

Tusla wishes to procure Private Foster Care Services to complement existing community based private foster care services. Tusla intends to meet this requirement by putting in place a Bespoke Panel Arrangement to complement Tusla’s existing fostering services and supports with suitable Panel Approved Provider (i.e. Non Statutory suppliers/service providers). Tusla’s service requirements are broken into five lots for the purposes of this tender competition. This tender process is being conducted under Annex XIV of Procurement Directives 2014/24/EU. The required services are listed as Annex XIV services, and accordingly, only Articles 74 to 77 of Directive 2014/24/EU applies to the award of any contract(s) that arise from this process Lot 1: Standard/General Foster Care Provision of Private Foster Care Services for Lot 1 -Standard/General Foster Care- as per tender documents. Lot 2: Emergency (Out of Hours) Foster Care Placements Provision of Private Foster Care Services for Lot 2 -Emergency (out of hours) Foster Care Placements - as per tender documents. Lot 3: Enhanced Foster Care (Therapeutic Placements) Provision of Private Foster Care Services for Lot 3 -Enhanced Foster Care (Therapeutic Placements) - as per tender documents. Lot 4: Supported Lodgings for Young People (16 - 18 years old) Provision of Private Foster Care Services for Lot 4 -Supported Lodgings for Young People (16 - 18 years old) - as per tender documents. Lot 5: Aftercare (remaining with existing Carers after turning 18 years) Provision of Private Foster Care Services for Lot 5 -Aftercare (remaining with existing Carers after turning 18 years) - as per tender documents.
