<p>Ashford Borough Council seeks contractors to undertake the thermal upgrading of its Swedish Houses. Work involves removal and replacing of external cladding and insulation of the timber frame, replacement windows and replacement of defective roof covering. Term: 13 weeks Tender Evaluation: 70% Price and 30% Quality. Contract Award: The company who represents the best value for money overall. To be successful the company must score 60% or over on the quality submission regardless of their submitted price. Form of Agreement: Joint Contracts Tribunal Agreement for Minor Building Works 2016 Edition.
