<p>Elmside is located in the centre of Faringdon, Oxfordshire. Brick built with timber floors. It is a three storey traditionally constructed building with a two-storey annexe attached to the main building. Sleeping accommodation is provided on all three floors and there is a laundry room in the main building. There are two separate protected staircases. The stairs in the main building have lobby protection on both floors. The other stairs have lobby protection on the ground floor only. There is a total of 10 bedsits at the hostel. Tiverton House is located in the Oxfordshire town of Wantage and consists of a two-storey &lsquo;original&rsquo; building with a rear, two storey extension. The property is used as temporary accommodation for homeless persons and there are six bedsits each with an open plan cooking area. There is also a boiler room, electrical and under stair cupboard. There are two main entrances/exits. Number six has an additional exit. Brick built with timber floors and a pitched tiled roof. Tiverton House is a two storey traditionally constructed building. Sleeping accommodation is provided on both floors. There is one protected staircase to the upper floor. The stair has lobby protection on both floors. It is expected that an order to replace all the doors and hatches will be placed within a maximum of one month of the tender closing date.
