Tender description

The Department of Health has commenced plans to update Ireland’s national policy on adult palliative care which is set out in the 2001 Report of the National Advisory Committee on Palliative Care. To assist with establishing an evidence base for the updated policy, the Department is commissioning an external review of the implementation of the 2001 Report of the National Advisory Committee on Palliative Care. The external review must include a desk-top review of the implementation of the 2001 policy and be informed by the views of key informants involved in its implementation.
