Proposals from Tenderers are being sought to supply and deliver Sustainable Loose furniture and equipment appropriate to the school environment, St. Laurence O’Tooles National School. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider for the Lot. Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list. An incomplete Lot will not be considered. Tenderers can submit alternatives where there are issues with raw materials for the items proposed, bearing in mind the estimated dates when the items are needed to be in situ. The School requires a high quality, timely, flexible and responsive service for the draw-down of the goods over a short period with agreed timelines for delivery of goods with the successful tenderer(s). St. Laurence O’Toole’s National School is a vertical school and when fully built will have 10 mainstream classrooms, 1 library, 6 resource rooms, a Multi-Purpose Room, along with an Administrative Principal’s Office and secretarial office, HSCL Office, Parents’ Room, and a staffroom. The school will be completed by the main contractors in September 2021 and intends to be ready to open in October 2021. All furniture in the lot must be in place once the builders allow, with estimated date of October 2021. The school has a pupil population of 158 at present.
