The provision of consultancy services for the assessments required to facilitate the preliminary and detailed design of major refurbishment works to BR037 Wellington Street Bridge and BR038 Waterloo Street Bridge, 2 No. bridges forming part of the A62 Oldham Way Bypass, an Abnormal Loads Route, under the terms and conditions of the TfGM Framework Agreement for Transport Professional Services 2021 (TPS), as amended by Oldham Council.
