Construction / upgrade of two buildings at Haulbowline Naval Base and Collins Barracks, Cork – two buildings at each location.It is proposed to retain the same Design Team to undertaken for the projects, two each in Haulbowline Naval Base and in Collins Barracks, Cork.The Department proposes to utilise a Design Team comprising an Architect, Services Engineering, Structural Engineering and Quantity Surveying consultant, each separately appointed. All members appointed shall be obliged to fully co-operate with each other under the direction of the appointed Design Team Leader to progress the project as effectively as possible in order to meet the objectives and timelines defined by the Department.
