Tender description

TfW has committed to providing equality of opportunity and by signing the Armed Forces Covenant TfW has also committed to supporting ex-military personnel in job opportunities and support in employment. TfW are looking to procure services from an organisation to provide support in three core areas: 1. Recruitment support, specifically regarding candidates who are ex-military or due to leave the forces; 2. Positive action, providing a networking opportunity for various under-represented groups leaving the forces and TfW to highlight potential employment opportunity, improving inclusivity and increasing the representation of under-represented groups within the transport sector; 3. Transitioning support, providing support services and aftercare to those who have secured an employment opportunity with TfW following the conclusion of their military service; The Scope is further specified in the Invitation to Tender documentation.
