Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board WWETB) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the appointment to a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of secure storage, retrieval and destruction services and online facility of WWETB student registration and record papers and documents for Further Education and Training Centres as outlined in Section 5 to this RFT (the “Supplies”). WWETB is seeking to enter into a Single Party Framework Agreement to appoint a contractor to manage the secure storage, retrieval, and destruction of its archived documents. The service is to provide secure off-site Document Storage, Retrieval & Destruction services. The appointed contractor will provide WWETB with an online facility to manage the administration of the storage, retrieval, and destruction of the documents. It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to establish a Single Party Supplier Framework to meet requirements arise over the lifetime of the Framework. Indeed, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to operate outside of the framework agreement at its discretion, particularly should it become apparent that doing so would offer greater value for money. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the framework agreement approach has been adopted to leverage efficiencies and maximise cost savings over the duration of the framework.
