Tender description
This project aims to evaluate the experiences of front-line healthcare staff's engagement with face-to-face and online teaching and learning. The purpose of this project is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of both modes of training. The research will also evaluate the success of each mode of training from the perspective of healthcare management, who have direct experience of the differences in their staff’s competencies arising from face-to-face and online teaching.
