<p>London Borough of Southwark is currently reviewing its Residential Care Services for Older People, including frail older individuals with Dementia and/or various other health needs. We would like to here from organisations with relevant experience , capabilities and are currently delivering sustainable high quality services to both Council funded and self funding individuals. FYI - across the four homes we have 224 rooms, with two homes have 64 rooms and the the other two homes having 48 rooms.
