Residential Care Services for Older People, including frail older individuals with Dementia and/or various other health needs. Lot 1: The contracting authority is currently reviewing its Residential Care Services for Older People, including frail older individuals with Dementia and/or various other health needs. We would like to hear from organisations with relevant experience and capabilities who are currently delivering sustainable high quality services to both Council funded and self funding individuals. For information, across the contracting authority's four homes we have 224 rooms, two of which have 64 rooms and the other two homes having 48 rooms. Following on from the market questionnaire responses received on 11 August 2021, the contracting authority seeks further feedback from service providers in relation to their approach to Self-Funders. For that purpose interested service providers are requested to complete a questionnaire (which can be downloaded from the ProContract portal) and return it via the portal by 31 August 2021.
