Infrastructure works at WUV formed of remediation, site levelling ,drainage and temporary access road Lot 1: Guildford Borough Council require a main contractor to carry out the following:Enabling Works for Phases 1,2 and 3 of the Weyside Urban Village masterplan involving, the demolition of existing building and associated hardstanding, remediation of existing ground, formation of deep trench foul and surface water drainage system and associated SuDs requirements (including swales, attenuation tanks/ponds etc). It should be noted that Phase 1 includes the formation of a temporary road for the use of construction traffic for the overall masterplan. Approximate areas for phases are : Phase 1 - 32,000m2 , Phase 2 - 74,000 m2, Phase 3 – 26,000m2.
