Tender description

Orbit has awarded a contract for External Audit requirements that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit. Lot 1: The audit shall cover Orbit Group Limited and all current subsidiaries, which includes Orbit Homes (2020) Limited (development company), Orbit Treasury Limited, Orbit Housing Association Limited, Orbit Capital Plc (funding vehicle for bonds), and two non-trading entities Orbit New Homes Limited and Orbit Gateway Limited. The Contract has been awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 3 years (on a 1 + 1 +1 basis) based on acceptable performance and current requirements.
