Tender description

The Trust are looking to appoint a supplier that has the experience, knowledge and skill base to conduct a recruitment process which will run in parallel with that of the Trust to assist with the appointment of a substantive 1 wte (37.5 hours) Director of Equality and Inclusion to Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT (BCHC). The Trust invite suppliers awarded to the ESPO framework 3S-18 HR Strategic Services Lot 2a : Admin, HR & Business Support to bid for this service by 12 noon on 6.9.21. All suppliers to this sub-lot have been emailed all relevant documents on 27.8.21 to the email stated in the Service Provider Matrix. Suppliers not listed WILL NOT t be considered. The supplier appointed to undertake this process will be supporting the Trust with our equality and inclusion agenda and assist with strengthening our capability and capacity to deliver successfully on equality and inclusion as part of the second half of our Fit for 2022 programme. The timelines are 1 Bid published 27.08.21 2 Bid deadline 06.09.21 3 Evaluation of bids 4 Presentation ( top 3 scoring suppliers only ) 21.09.21 - 10.30am- 12.30pm 5 Appointment of supplier on 22.09.21 6 Commence recruitment process asap after 22.09.21
