<p>Barrow Borough Council wishes to gain a better understanding of the supply market via an expression of interest exercise for the following activity: Piel Island campsite facilities block – refurbishment/renovation/rebuild/new build. This market testing exercise is not an invitation to tender. This document does not form any part of an invitation to tender. This document is issued as a request for information only.
