Cemetery Memorial Testing

<p>South Tyneside Council require cemetery memorial testing.</p> <p>All staff carrying out inspections MUST have been trained by the National Association of Memorial Masons training sessions OR The British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons and have passed the City &amp; Guilds Certificate of Competence or NVQ memorial safety units for the safety inspection and assessment of memorial qualification.</p> <p>We will apply a proportionate approach to testing in each cemetery which will mean that any book, rest or footstone less, than 18 inches in height, will not be tested.
