NEC4 ECC Option B - Bill of Quantities form of contract for the Renovation and Refurbishment of the existing Suffolk Day Centre. Works to include the re-configuration of the current plan to create suitably designed group rooms and ancillary accommodation with the main entrance entrance foyer relocated to a double height space the front elevation and replacement of the existing roof throughout.
