Tender description

The Council have a requirement to appoint a specialist contractor to conduct asbestos surveys for both domestic and non-domestic properties including circulation spaces, solum space, floor voids, loft, roof/soffits/facias, external plumbing elements and external outbuildings. All areas of a property within a defined site boundary will be surveyed. The types of surveys required will be management, refurbishment, and demolition.
